Pensacola Gallery Night 12/16/22 “UGLY SWEATER DAY”

USS ALABAMA BATTLESHIP MEMORIAL PARK REOPENS

Battleship park reopens Be sure to check Website for current hours as they are subject to change. Living in NW Florida gives you the opportunity to visit and photograph a number of places within a fifty mile range. Meaning some nice short day trips. Just about 50 miles west of where I am located, just outside of Mobile, Alabama, is USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. It’s where the Battleship USS Alabama is docked. Kites On The Coast (Pensacola Beach Florida)

It was “Kites On The Coast” along Pensacola Beach September 2-3. It amazes me how large some of these kites are. Some of the kites were 25 feet wide by 35 feet long. A long ways from the days of a paper kite.

Canyon Sunset

  When visiting the the Grand Canyon you definitely want to view and photograph the beautiful sunsets at the canyon. If staying in town the best way is to take one of the park buses as they can drop you off at a number of good location. I would advise you check out the bus schedule as they are subject to change.
